I can’t express enough how awful my experience here was. Management does not call back, like ever- you just get the call center and a, “someone from the office will get back with you” (in 5-7 business days!). You’ll probably notice funny things like your blinds installed backwards, cupboards hanging open, incorrect locks/not changed, paint smeared on wood and floors, broken appliances, etc! I would be nicer about it but they take weeks- months to fix any issue. Even the area is going downhill with crime, shootings, robberies.

I've lived at the Shops at Legacy for over 6 years and it's definitely grown since I've moved here. I've lived at the Legacy Village Apts for a little over 3 years and I've had a pretty decent experience. In my experience, the staff has been attentive and helpful . The location is perfect for some great eateries/drinkeries.

There are rats everywhere in these dumpsters and the apartment will do nothing about it. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process. Plano is a known hub of numerous corporate headquarters, affording many locals short commute times.
